After arrival at the health resort and spa, an appointment will be arranged for you with our experts and specialists to discuss your program in details.

Should you have any special request or any preferences on food, please inform our staff in order to make the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.
Check In/Check out:
Check in from 2p.m. onwards. Check out time is 12 a.m.
Booking confirmation:
Booking should be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival date in order to secure room with the above promotion rate.
Deposit payment:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost should be paid to the resort account upon confirmation and the remaining balance to be settled before departure.
A cancellation fee will apply in the event of: Cancellation of reservation after 15 days before arrival 50% charge of all payment. Early check out will result on 100% charge on the remaining balance.
House Rules:
• Mobile phones may be used in rooms and designated areas only.
• Children under 12 year olds are not included.
Remark:
