Cholesterol Control Program
This program has been designed for one who has cholesterol level exceeding normal limits, tapping the threat of being in a high-risk situation for both heart and brain damage.
The program includes the following:

1. Comfortable accommodation in Herbals room / Garden Villa / Lotus Twin Villa.
2. 3 meals of cholesterol reducing diet per night of stay.
3. 1 Private health and fitness consultation.
4. 1 Medical consultation for high cholesterol conditions.
5. Selected blood tests before and after the program.
6. 1 Dietary consultation
7. 1 Cooking class. The main emphasis will be on dietary regimen and to teach how to cook and adapt diet to your appetite.
8. Discussions with our experts on post program lifestyle particularly on diet and any other changes including the need for cholesterol checks.
9. Proper and gradual increase in exercise programs under supervision of personal trainer.
10. 6 personal sessions for high cholesterol condition.
11. All activities are planned on weekly schedule.
12. Seven one-hour daily massages. (Thai massage, Ban Ing Nam massage, sports massage or foot massage.)
13. Access to all facilities including swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium, free high speed internet.
14. Complimentary airport transfers to/from Ban Ing Nam.
15. Complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival.
16. Afternoon refreshment break.
17. 1 Boat trip to Koh Kred (Kred Island).
Important: The length of your stay in order to achieve a fully completion of this program will take at least 2 weeks and above. It can be made more specific during the discussions after your arrival.

Remark:
1. Minimum stay of seven nights.
2. Similar rate for extra night(s).

*Extra Night (or to continue the program) includes:
• Accommodation with full board.
• One hour of daily massage per night of stay.
• Daily personal training class.
• All activities as weekly schedule.

Notes:
• Herbals Room available only for single occupancy.
• All rates are quoted in Thai baht.
• All rates are subject to the 17.7% Government Tax and service charge.

House Rules:
• Mobile phones may be used in rooms and designated areas only.
• Wines and champagnes are available after 6 pm. Beer and spirits are not served.
• Children under 12 year old are not allowed.

Health and Fitness:
It is recommended to let us know your personal health conditions and medicines you are taking, and also if you are allergic to any drugs so that we could make appropriate adjustments during your stay with us.

Personal requirements:
Should you have any special preferences of any kind please inform our staff in order to make the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.

Check In/Check out:
Check in after 2 p.m. and check out before 12 a.m.

Deposit and cancellation:
Your booking is guaranteed with any major credit card. Cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival date will charge 50% of all estimated costs. Cancellation or reduced stay whilst at the resort will incur a charge of 100% of all estimated costs.
