High Blood Pressure Control Program
This program is designed for one who has hypertension condition or family history of hypertension or high blood pressure from stressful environment. The program provides a natural way to reduce blood pressure to normal range.
The program includes the following:

1. Comfortable accommodation in Herbals room / Garden Villa / Lotus Twin Villa.
2. 3 meals of high blood pressure control diet per night of stay.
3. 1 Private health and fitness assessment by professional doctor.
4. 1 Medical consultation for high blood pressure condition.
5. Selected blood test before and after program.
6. 1 Dietary consultation and cooking classes accordingly.
7. An assessment of your dietary needs.
8. Blood pressure monitoring during the program.
9. Detailed discussions with our experts on your lifestyle following the completion of this program.
10. Your blood pressure control program will include special attention to the care of your vital organs particularly your heart and lungs.
11. Proper and gradual increase in exercise programs under supervision of personal trainer.
12. 6 personal sessions for High blood pressure condition.
13. All activities are planned on weekly schedule.
14. Seven one-hour daily massages. (Thai massage, Ban Ing Nam massage, head-back-shoulder massage or foot massage).
15. Access to all facilities including swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium, free high speed internet.
16. Complimentary airport transfers to/from Ban Ing Nam.
17. Complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival
18. Afternoon refreshment break
19. 1 Boat trip to Koh Kred (Kred Island).
Important: Your length of stay with us will depend upon the progress in reducing blood sugar count to a manageable level, satisfactory weight and dietary adjustments and acceptance of a new lifestyle designed to minimize the effects of having diabetes. It should take 1 week and above depending on the condition on arrival.

Remark:
1. Minimum stay of seven nights.

*Extra Night (or to continue the program) includes:
• Accommodation with full board.
• One hour of daily massage per night of stay.
• Daily personal training class.
• All activities as weekly schedule.

Notes:
• Herbals Room available only for single occupancy.
• All rates are quoted in Thai baht.
• All rates are subject to the 17.7% Government Tax and service charge.

House Rules:
• Mobile phones may be used in rooms and designated areas only.
• Wines and champagnes are available after 6 pm. Beer and spirits are not served.
• Children under 12 year old are not allowed.

Health and Fitness:
It is recommended to let us know your personal health conditions and medicines you are taking, and also if you are allergic to any drugs so that we could make appropriate adjustments during your stay with us.

Should you have any special preferences of any kind please inform our staff in order to make the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.

Check In/Check out:
Check in after 2 p.m. and check out before 12 a.m.

Deposit and cancellation:
Your booking is guaranteed with any major credit card. Cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival date will charge 50% of all estimated costs. Cancellation or reduced stay whilst at the resort will incur a charge of 100% of all estimated costs.
