Being Overweight is a major risk to your health and increases the risk of major illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, arthritis, heart disease, and strokes. It can also hinder normal movement and cause damage to muscles and joints. Most importantly, if you are overweight, you can expect to have a shorter life expectancy.

We provide this program for anyone who needs to loose weight and modify their lifestyle. Your program will be under the strict supervision of our experienced weight and dietary control personnel. You should plan to stay with us as long as necessary to bring this serious problem under your control.
The program includes the following:
1. Comfortable accommodation in Herbals room /Garden Villa / Lotus Twin Villa.
2. 3 Ban Ing Nam balance diet meals per night of stay.
3. 1 Private health assessment by professional doctor.
4. Selected blood test before and after program.
5. Detailed discussion with our experts on your lifestyle following the completion of this program.
6. 1 Fitness assessment by professional doctor in sport medicine and fitness instructor.
7. An assessment of your dietary needs.
8. 4 Personal sessions for weight management.
9. 1 Dietary consultation and cooking class accordingly.
10. All activities are planned on weekly schedule.
11. Proper and gradual increase in exercise programs with personal trainers designed specifically to lose or gain weight.
12. Customized weight reduction program will include special attention to the care of your vital organs particularly your heart and lungs.
13. Access to all facilities including the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium.
14. Seven one-hour daily massages. (Thai massage, Ban Ing Nam massage, sports massage, or foot massage.)
15. Complimentary airport transfers to/from Ban Ing Nam.
16. Complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival
17. Afternoon refreshment break
18. 1 Boat trip to Koh Kred (Kred Island)
Important: To achieve your objectives, it depends on the length of your stay, your present weight and state of health. It should take at least 1 week and above, and it can be made more specific during discussions with our experts after arrival.

*Extra Night (or to continue the program) includes:
• Accommodation with full board.
• One hour of daily massage per night of stay.
• Daily personal training class.
• All activities as weekly schedule.

Notes:
• Herbals Room available only for single occupancy.
• All rates are quoted in Thai baht.
• All rates are subject to the 17.7% Government Tax and service charge.

House Rules:
• Mobile phones may be used in rooms and designated areas only.
• Wines and champagnes are available after 6 pm. Beer and spirits are not served.
• Children under 12 year old are not allowed.

Health and Fitness:
It is recommended to let us know your personal health conditions and medicines you are taking, and also if you are allergic to any drugs so that we could make appropriate adjustments during your stay with us.

Personal requirements:
Should you have any special preferences of any kind please inform our staff in order to make the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.

Check In/Check out:
Check in after 2 p.m. and check out before 12 a.m.

Deposit and cancellation:
Your booking is guaranteed with any major credit card. Cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival date will charge 50% of all estimated costs. Cancellation or reduced stay whilst at the resort will incur a charge of 100% of all estimated costs.
