Fitness Program

This program is for anyone who feels tried, lacks energy at both work and play, but has no physical disability. It is a revitalization program to put you back into proper shape. Each program is customized to suit each individual, which takes your age, fitness level and medical history into account. Your fitness program will include special attention to the care of your vital organs particularly your heart and lungs.

The program includes the following:

1. 4 Days 3 Nights accommodation in Herbals room or garden Villa/Lotus Twin Villa.
2. 3 Ban Ing Nam balance diet meals per night of stay (arrival day will begin with dinner)
3. 1 Private health and fitness assessment.
4. 2 Personal training sessions.
5. 7 hours of activities based on planned weekly schedule.
6. Three one-hour daily massages. (Ban Ing Nam massage, sports massage, Traditional Thai massage, or foot massage.)
7. An assessment of your dietary needs.
8. Proper and gradual increase in exercise programs under supervision of your personal trainer.
9. Access to all facilities including swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium.
10. Complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival
11. Afternoon refreshment break
12. Free wireless internet access.

House Rules:

• Mobile phones may be used in rooms and designated areas only.
• Wines and champagnes are available after 6 pm. Beer and spirits are not served.
• Children under 12 year old are not allowed.

Health and Fitness:

It is recommended to let us know your personal health conditions and medicines you are taking, and also if you are allergic to any drugs so that we could make appropriate adjustments during your stay with us.

Should you have any special preferences of any kind please inform our staff in order to make the necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.

Check In/Check out:

Check in after 2 p.m. and check out before 12 a.m.

Deposit and cancellation:

Your booking is guaranteed with any major credit card. Cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival date will charge 50% of all estimated costs. Cancellation or reduced stay whilst at the resort will incur a charge of 100% of all estimated costs.
