Aquatic Exercise

Another form of exercise which move your body in the water amidst rhythm and music. This is suitable for those who are not that convenient to move about on land such as those having knee and joint problems, spinal cord problem, or those who are overweight. This exercise also enhances movement of the elderly and the pregnant mum because the water will help uphold the weight imposed while keeping muscles tight and helping heart working fit.

Ti-Chi

Ti-chi helps balance both Yin and Yang or body and soul. This activity would be done under a relaxed and serene propinquity and Ban Ing Nam is just the ideal place for the sake. Practice Ti-chi also develops equanimity and self-confidence.

Body pump

A combination of weight lifting along with music to reduce boredom while doing exercise. This helps increase endurance, tighten muscles on specific parts, promote blood circulation, and keep lung and heart healthy. Simultaneously, this is also an ideal way of weight reduction while having a firm look.
